The hotel is beautiful, but I agree on the service, and being Gringo were way out of our element when we went into town. But it was free so I can't complain. Sounds like y'all had a terrific time. My mother ADORES the Fairmont Acapulco Princess. Seriously, loves it. When she and my dad were last there, I think they had a bungalow thingy where they came every morning and put fresh hibiscus flowers in their swimming pool and served breakfast by the pool.
