How did Andres say it compared to what he remembered eating? I don’t mean whether it was delish or not, I mean was it anything like what he had way back when?

I used to LOVE recreating Legacy dishes from the vaguest of recipes. But that was before I had to cook for 4 demon spawn who can’t agree on anything.

Since we are talking good food I have a question…Have you heard of an Arroz con pollo recipe that has sherry & lemon.

One of the restaurants that was here went out of business several years ago and they made theirs that way. I keep searching for restaurants that might make it that way. It was so delish. ;)
