Today kicks off a spring YA Scavenger Hunt, and there are tons of great prizes to be won. You decide how much effort to put into it, but the rewards will definitely be commensurate with the time you spend visiting various sites and gathering clues.
There are three teams: RED, YELLOW, and BLUE.

Between all of us, there are a total of 60 books being given away. You can enter all three loops so you have a chance at all of them, or you can just do one team giveaway for a total of 20 books. Either way, it’s up to you. Pretty exciting stuff, right? You’ll also receive sneak peeks of bonus content along the way! This includes new scenes, deleted scenes, and cover reveals! You don’t want to miss any of it.
I have the pleasure of hosting the talented S.L. Naeole, author of the Belonging Trilogy: DARK VEIL. She’s also written about angels (the Grace series) and the Sidhe (the Faeble series). Let’s get to know her better before I show you the good stuff, okay?

Incredible!! Exactly what I wanted to know from Fade when I picked this scene!! Loved the over protective side of him toward Deuce. And his thoughts on the hand holding!!!! So yeah. Loved it!
First of all, I have to say that I adored Enclave. It’s one of my favorite dystopias thus far, and I have read a lot of them (70+ in the last year alone). I love Deuce’s strength and independence. That was one really amazing thing about getting a brief window into Fade’s perspective. In your brief story, we get to see what attracts him to Deuce, and it’s not her looks so much as her power. As much as I love powerful heroines, I also love heroes who respect the strength the girls possess and do not feel the need to get all macho in response to prove themselves.
I wish I could go into greater detail, compare his voice to hers, perhaps discuss a tidbit of new information. Alas, I cannot, as I read Enclave sometime last year and my memory is pitiful. I remember enough to know where the scene was set and who the characters are, but the fine details are lost.
Already I was starting to desperately want to reread Enclave, but, after reading that, I want to read it more! Of course, receiving an ARC of Outpost would be a really good excuse to go back and reread. ;)

Oh pleasepleasepleaasepleasepleasepleaseplease hope I win this! I heard about the awesomeness of Enclave last year and tried desperately to get it. I live in India so it wasn’t available anywhere..not even on the amazon kindle store..finally after a LOOONG wait, it was available and I bought the kindle book and literally fell in love with the book. Funny enough, I ordered my imported hardcover of Enclave (I’m usually an e-book person but buy physical books of the ones I really like..and we don’t get most books here) and just received it this morning.
I really hope I win this because God knows when Outpost would be available in my country. I’ve been stalking the book on Goodreads forever tryin to see if there’s a cover yet :)

I read Enclave and it was one of my favorite books I’ve read this year! My favorite character was Deuce and next was Fade. I really like Fade and it’s good to know that he feels the same way about Deuce that Deuce does about him. I liked reading from Fade’s POV, but wish it had been from a scene towards the end of the book when Fade starts pulling away from her. I really wanted to know what he was thinking then, but I could kind of guess. I can’t wait to read Outpost! I hope Fade and Deuce make up.
